• Public Booking: This is our default option for bookings of less than 5 players. With this shared and collaborative experience, other players and small groups may join your adventure (up to the experience's maximum number of players). No additional fees apply to public bookings.

• Private Booking: This option ensures exclusive access to the playing field for smaller groups who prefer a more focused experience, guaranteeing not being paired with others. Your booking becomes private either by booking 5+ players or by paying a small private booking fee.

Note that the VR experiences ""The Snitch"" and ""Nanoclash Focus"" are automatically private bookings due to their minimum player requirements.

For bookings under 5 players, choose the 'private' option during the booking process. Bookings of 5 or more players are automatically private with no extra fee.

Other players may join you, but only if they book the same experience for the same time as you. At quieter moments, your group may well be the sole participants in a public booking.

Absolutely. Our carefully scheduled sessions ensure that each player, regardless of booking type, receives ample time to fully immerse into the virtual world. However, with a public booking, it's possible other people may join your VR experience.

We are keen to support solo players in the future, and allow them to join public games where there’s availability. We aren’t set up for this quite yet, but it’s something we’d love to explore in the future.

If you have paid for a private booking for less than 5 players, you can bring up to 5 players at no extra cost. (eg. You have paid for 3 players, and paid a private booking fee. You can bring along two extra players if you wish).

If you’d like to increase your booking to more than 5 players, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

No, discount codes only apply to the ticket price.

To ensure fairness and optimise our availability, it's not possible to remove or refund a private booking fee after a booking has been made.

Our venues feature an open plan design. You won’t have an individual room, but the open space allows for a dynamic and engaging environment where you can fully enjoy the virtual adventure with your team. Not having physical walls won’t impact the experience. With large groups you can watch and see each other playing.

Bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance, you will receive a voucher for the ticket amount (not for upgrades). Please note that cancelling within 48 hours means you do not qualify for the voucher.

Your quote for a team event at The Park is valid for 5 days. We understand that decision-making can take longer, so please let us know if you need more time. If your event is approaching soon, the quote may have a shorter validity period.

Absolutely. If you book directly online, you'll have the option to checkout as a Business and enter your business details. Your invoice will be provided after payment.

For custom packages, please make sure to let us know your VAT/PO number and the team will arrange an invoice for you. Please note that all invoices must be issued and paid for before your event.

Payment for a team event is made by invoice, with a convenient link to pay online via card. Bank transfer is also an option so please speak to the team when booking.

When booking directly on our website, you must select the number of players at checkout, but you can still edit your booking up to 48 hours before the experience.

For enquiries for groups over 24 people, we base the quote on the given number. If it changes closer to the event, no problem, just keep us posted. Ideally, finalise numbers at least two weeks before the event. We can't refund for fewer players. However, we're happy to provide a voucher.

We want you to be comfortable as you will be moving around. So remove your jackets or heavy clothing before the experience starts, because it can get quite warm. We also recommend you wear a pair of flat, comfortable shoes. No heels will be allowed, for your own safety.

We've crafted VR experiences for various age groups. Here's a quick guide for kids:

• Mask of The Pharaoh (Age 7+): Explore a whimsical Egyptian world, solving puzzles and trying archery.

• The Snitch (Age 9+): Collaborate to uncover the snitch with quiz elements. Please note: the game structure involves one person being eliminated around halfway through the experience.

• We have many other thrilling adventures with a recommended minimum age of 12. The Hallow, Don’t Scream, The Break-in, Mission Planet X and Nanoclash Focus can be played by younger children but parental discretion is advised.

Any player under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult/guardian onsite does not have to take part in the VR experience. Of course, our VR hosts will ensure your children have the best experience, so you can relax and enjoy a drink from our bar in one of our comfortable seating areas.

To secure your preferred date and ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for kids parties. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. If you have any specific requests or concerns, feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to assist.

Kids Parties on request take advantage of a reduced ticket price to celebrate the special occassion. This price is only possible when organising your kids party on Wednesdays from 12pm-4pm and at weekends from 10am-12pm.

If you want to organise a Kids Party outside these hours, you can directly book online, but you would have to pay the normal ticket price for the VR experience. In this case the drinks, the possibility to bring along your catering and rent out a private space will not be possible.

Please inform us when someone has a food intolerance or allergy when requesting a group activity experience or at least 10 working days before your event.

Yes, but please let us know in advance when you submit your request. Depending on the venue, we may be able to offer you a dedicated space to bring your own cold food after the experience for a small fee. Please note that we do not have an area to prepare food and hot food is not allowed.

We’ll be happy to provide the knife for cutting the cake but you will need to provide your own plates/cutlery/napkins on the day.

Note: You may not bring your own drinks. Our Kids Party package include one soft drink per child. Additional drinks can be purchased from the bar if needed.

You are welcome to bring along essentials such as balloons, cake and party bags to enhance the party atmosphere in the dedicated room or designated area.
